22.07.2013 года в нашем доме произошел пожар. Произошел не по нашей вине: дом мы приобрели  1,5 месяца назад, ремонт не делался – все и так было в новом прекрасном состоянии.

В 22.40 проходившие мимо соседи заметили распространяющийся дым вдоль дороги. Мы были дома – собирались спать, не зная еще про дым из-под крыши. Примерно в 22.45 в ванной комнате отключился свет, муж пошел посмотреть, что произошло, и только тогда заметил дым, думая что идет из-под крыши ванной. В 22.50 мы позвонили соседу и стали тушить своими силами. Прибежали соседи на помощь, тушили ТОЛЬКО самостоятельно подручными средствами. Первая машина МЧС приехала в первом часу ночи, когда дом уже горел открытым пламенем. Тушили 5 часов, при этом не было ни локализации, ни тем более ликвидации, как проходит по всем сводкам и отчетам. ОТКРЫТЫЙ ОГОНЬ 4 ЧАСА!!!!  Тушили правильно, сгорело ВСЕ!

Я бывший сотрудник МЧС, ушла сама со службы по причине халатного, наплевательского отношения к людям, в звании лейтенанта, не дождавшись выслуги. Прекрасно знаю всю «кухню» сводок и приписок: по регламенту положено ехать 20 минут, значит напишем, что ехали  20 минут, уложились. А как обстоит дело на самом деле – знают только пострадавшие. Только их никто не слышит, как сказал водитель приехавшей из г.Сурска через 1,5 часа после вызова пожарной машины:»Плевать мне на твой дом, и на пожар!» СПАСАТЕЛЬ же!!!

На следующее утро, зам.начальника Городищенской ПЧ сказал:»Ну, ты знаешь нашу систему, напишем через 15 минут прибытие, через 5 минут локализацию и ликвидацию. Так вся страна пишет».

Супруг у меня инвалид , член Совета при Губернаторе по делам инвалидов, не пьет, т.к постоянно на лекарствах, сыну 16 лет, и этот же водила сказал, что мы были пьяными. Интересно, как унюхал? И когда? Наверное, пока спасал нас от огня. Кстати, я в принципе не могу быть алкоголиком, т.к. перед принятием на работу в МЧС все проходят ОООчень строгую проверку психологов, невропатологов и т.д.

Просмотрела сводки за 22.07.2013 года. Во всех статьях и на сайте МЧС стоит разное время сообщения о пожаре. Интересно, ЭТО КАК? Опять  вранье!  Даже адрес указан не наш. И еще, начальник Городищенской ПЧ отчитался, что при пожаре был спасен хозяин дома. Что светит за спасение- премия или медалька? Половина села свидетели, что моя семья вышла из дома еще до того, как загорелась крыша, и было это примерно в 23.10. Как могли спасти через полтора часа с момента начала пожара того, кого в доме, горящем открытым огнем по прибытии пожарного автомобиля, давно уже не было???

Если бы пожарные сработали так, как пишут в отчетах, то ушла бы только крыша дома, сам дом успели бы отстоять. А приехать, чтобы слить 2 бочки воды – именно слить, без напора – смысл??? ТАК, как  сгорел дом и все имущество – все сгорело бы и без присутствия пожарных.

Вещи никто не спасал – все знали, что вызвали пожарную сразу, не дожидаясь, пока разгорится огонь. Никто не ожидал, что уйдет ВСЕ!

Единственное, хочу сказать спасибо односельчанам, помогавшим нам тушить пожар, особенная благодарность Рузаеву Ивану, который оперативно позвонил в пожарную охрану, пригнал сам бочку с водой, помогал тушить, главе сельской администрации Амелину Е.В.  Он нашел своими силами сотрудника газовой местной службы и электрика, чтобы отключить коммуникации.

Да, сотрудники электросети и газовой службы с района не приехали также, как не было сотрудников  ПЧ г.Городище и сотрудников «скорой помощи». Это и есть РЕАГИРОВАНИЕ???

Зачем тогда люди, работающие в этих службах, ходят на работу, которая предназначена для помощи людям??? Наверное, за хорошей зарплатой с нового года, за внеочередными званиями за фиктивное спасение, за очередной звездочкой?

Хочу добавит, что пожар произошел не по неосторожности обращения с огнем, не от закуренной сигареты. Причина – короткое замыкание электропроводки под крышей дома.

22.07.2013 years a fire happened in our house. Happened not through our fault: a house we purchased  1,5 month back, repair was not done - all and so it was in the new wonderful state.

In 22.40 passing by neighbours noticed spreading smoke along a road. We were at home - going to bed, not knowing yet about smoke from under a roof. Approximately in 22.45 light became in a bathroom disconnected, a husband went to look, that happened, and only then noticed smoke, thinking that идет from under a roof bath. In 22.50 we called to the neighbour and began to extinguish the forces. Neighbours came running for help, extinguished ONLY independently by the improvised facilities. The first machine of MEM MEASURES arrived in the first o'clock of night, when a house already burned open flame. Extinguished 5 hours, here was neither localization nor the more liquidations, as passes on all reports and reports. OPEN FIRE was 4 HOURS!!!!  Extinguished correctly, ALL burned out!

I am a former employee of MEM MEASURES, went away from service by reason of indifferent, наплевательского attitude toward people, in the rank of lieutenant, not waiting till qualifying. Perfectly I know all "kitchen" of reports and postscripts : on regulation it is fixed to go 20 minutes, means we will write, that went  20 minutes, laid. But as there is business actually - victims know only. If firemen worked how write in reports, then the roof of house would go away only, a house time would be had to defend. And to arrive, to pour out 2 barrels of water - exactly to pour out, without pressure is sense??? How  a house and all property burned out - all would burn out and without the presence of firemen.

A thing nobody rescued - all knew that caused a fire at once, not waiting for, while a fire will flame up. Nobody expected that would go away ALL!

Only, I want to say thank you to the fellow-villagers helping us to extinguish a fire, special gratitude Рузаеву to Ivan, that operatively called in fire prevention, drove home a barrel with water, helped to extinguish, to the head of rural administration Амелину Е.В.  He found the forces of employee of gas local service and electrician, to disconnect communications.

Yes, the employees of the electric system and gas service from a district did not arrive also, however be employees  ПЧ г.Городище and employees of "first-aid". This is REACTING???

Why then do people working in these services go for work that is intended for a help to the people??? Probably, after a good salary from New Year, after extraordinary ranks for a fictitious rescue, after a next asterisk?

I want will add that a fire happened not on the carelessness of handling a fire, not from the lighted cigarette. Reason is a short circuit of the electric wiring under the roof of house.
